Megan Mitsuoka
Fresno Ambassador

Megan has been the Fresno Ambassador since February 2017 and also works as an accountant for Laval Underground Surveys in Fresno. Before settling in the Central Valley, Megan worked at PwC in San Jose, where she was primarily working with high net worth individual and private company taxes. But her favorite part of the job was being a part of the party planning committee (where she was in charge of celebrating birthdays) and community service.

Megan took some cake decorating classes in the summer of 2015 and was eager to utilize her skills and give back to at-risk youth, which led her to Cake4Kids. She brings a variety of volunteer experience, including teaching financial literacy to youths during the school year and being a part of local community cleanup events.  

In her spare time, Megan enjoys running, crafting, playing with her dog, and cuddling with her daughter who was born February 2018.
