With her own children grown, Mary decided that she would like to give back to the underserved children in her community. Looking for a way to utilize her free time for the greater good, she found Cake4Kids through an internet search and there was no turning back! In May 2019, Mary helped launch Cake4Kids first East Coast chapter.

Since moving to Fairfax in 2013 Mary has volunteered for various local nonprofits and is excited to lead this sweet organization in Virginia.
