Donica is a partner at Scale LLP. With over 25 years of legal experience as both an attorney and paralegal, Donica provides strategic legal advice and counseling to her start-up clients throughout their life cycles. Prior to joining Scale, Donica worked at several Silicon Valley law firms, ran her own corporate boutique law firm, and was in-house counsel at various Silicon Valley companies. Donica provides pro bono legal services to Cake4Kids and other non-profit companies. In her spare time, Donica enjoys spending time with her son and family, traveling and wine tasting with friends.
