Becky Carroll
Utah Ambassador
Becky was born and raised in the shadow of the majestic mountains of Utah. She worked through college scooping ice cream, supervising BYU football concessions, and interning at Pizza Planet when she needed a break. She loves to create, whether through quilting, embroidery, baking, or any number of her other talents. In her free time, she likes to hike national parks, ride a tandem road bike with her husband, and bake miniature cakes—the smaller the better.
She is a mother of three children, and she has dedicated the last decade of her life to them, putting her psychology degree to use more than any mother would care to admit. Additionally, she volunteers as the director of her church’s Sunday school primary program, where she oversees the care and religious nurturing of about 75 children, ages 1-11. She also volunteers at the elementary school helping plan events with the PTA.
Her mother taught her to bake, but she learned to decorate cakes from her mentors, YouTube and Instagram. She discovered Cake4Kids and worked hard to bring this wonderful organization to Utah.
