Join us for a fun virtual Family Bake-A-Long with local Sonoma County Pastry Chef, Mimo Ahmed, on Sunday, May 9th! Chef Mimo will be instructing us on how to make classic chocolate chunk cookies and the best snickerdoodle cookies from scratch.
You get to have fun and enjoy delicious cookies while raising money for Cake4Kids’ Sonoma County Chapter. All proceeds go directly to Cake4kids to ensure we can continue to deliver birthday smiles to more children locally in Sonoma County and across the county!

During the hour-long class, Chef Mimo will guide you through two classic cookie recipes: Chocolate Chunk and Snickerdoodle Cookies.
The class is virtual and $25 per person, and all of the proceeds go directly to Cake4Kids.

Ingredients — Recipes will be sent via PDF with the Zoom link a few days prior to event

About Cake4Kids Sonoma
Cake4Kids Sonoma County Chapter came on-line in August of 2020, in the middle of a pandemic year. Sonoma County folks are known for their resilience in the face of natural disasters and COVID-19 was no different. Our volunteer bakers showed up to ensure that underserved children and at-risk youth receive a cake on their special day, because we believe receiving your very own birthday cake creates a memorable and impactful positive experience in a child’s life.
Cake4Kids partners with agencies that support youth in foster care, homeless, domestic violence or human trafficking shelters, substance abuse programs, and refugees. We deliver cakes and other special treats to these youth to celebrate their birthdays and other exciting moments in their lives.
